I can't really compare this to other gelatins as it's been SO long since I've even used other gelatins. This is because other gelatins are usually beef based, to which my family has allergies to. I had nearly given up on finding an affordable gelatin that my entire family could use when I found Great Lakes. We use it so much. Not just for pudding, but also for egg replacer, used in a variety of recipes, and added to soups and shakes. Thanks again for providing such a great product!
