We recommend one level tablespoon (12 g) twice a day.
Method 1: Room Temperature Liquids: Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favorite beverage. Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.
Method 2: Hot Liquids: Add one tablespoon to cold liquid for one minute, add HOT liquid and stir until dissolved.
Method 3: Food: Use in homemade recipes such as: marshmallows, gummies, preserves, gravy, desserts and more. Or add as a protein supplement to your hot oatmeal or cold cereals and stir.·
