All products are tested extensively and are not shipped to customers unless they meet our strict guidelines and high standards. If an order is damaged in transit to you, we will credit you for the damaged product cost, but we kindly request a photograph of the damaged goods for insurance purposes. In the unlikely event that you’ve received a defective product, we may provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to our Quality Control Department. Once the item is in transit, we will ship a replacement.

Due to FDA regulations, opened product CANNOT be accepted for return.
We will accept UNOPENED product for a refund within 10 days of purchase (minus a 20% restocking fee & shipping).
Credit will not be issued for lost, opened or damaged product during return shipping.
We recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking and insurance.
