Thank you for shopping at Great Lakes Gelatin Company.  It is our goal to leave you 100% satisfied with your experience.  All products are tested extensively and are not shipped to customers unless they meet our strict guidelines and high standards.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please connect with our customer service department at 847.223.8141 Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5pm CST.

Here are a few important things to be mindful of when considering returning one of our products:

- If an order is damaged in transit to you, we will credit you for the damaged product cost, but we kindly request a photograph of the damaged goods for insurance purposes. Once the item is in transit, we will ship a replacement.

- We will accept UNOPENED product for a refund within 10 days of purchase (minus a 20% restocking fee & shipping). 

- Credit will not be issued for lost, opened or damaged product during return shipping.
