Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Great Lakes Gelatin Company.  It is our goal to leave you 100% satisfied with your experience.  All products are tested extensively and are not shipped to customers unless they meet our strict guidelines and high standards. If an order is damaged in transit to you, we will credit you for the damaged product cost, but we kindly request a photograph of the damaged goods for insurance purposes. In the unlikely event that you’ve received a defective product, we may provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to our Quality Control Department. Once the item is in transit, we will ship a replacement.

Here are a few important things to be mindful of when considering returning one of our products:

  • For product purchased from ANY other website besides Great Lakes®, please contact the responsible party directly – for the return, credit or replacement.
  • Products MUST be purchased directly from Great Lakes® to be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Due to FDA regulations, opened product CANNOT be accepted for return.
  • We will accept UNOPENED product for a refund within 10 days of purchase (minus a 20% restocking fee & shipping).
  • Credit will not be issued for lost, opened or damaged product during return shipping.
  • We recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking and insurance.
