WELLMORE 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Wellmore, we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Wellmore product sold under the Wellmore brands listed at www.getwellmore.com that you purchased from Wellmore or an authorized seller in the United States, we’ll send you a replacement product or provide a refund.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Wellmore 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchasers in the United States.  Guarantee requests must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.

 How To Claim The Guarantee

If you purchased from a Wellmore ecommerce website:

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us by calling 1.866.841.9355. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Wellmore in processing your request.  If your Guarantee request is approved, you will be required to return your product to Wellmore.  Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

If you purchased from a Wellmore Authorized Seller:

Please return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it.  If you are unable to resolve your request with the authorized seller from whom you purchased it, please contact us by calling 1.866.841.9355.  Please have available information regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Wellmore in processing your request.  If your Guarantee request is approved, you will be required to return your product to Wellmore.  Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee Guidelines

Wellmore reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Wellmore concludes that the purchaser has abused the Wellmore 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  Wellmore may amend or terminate the Wellmore 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
