How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart and choose a state and zip code to which you will be shipping. Next press Estimate, here you will see your shippingoptions. Choose your shipping option and press Update Total. You will get a total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page and tie directly into our shipper's servers. What they would charge you is what you are to pay through our site.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
Orders can be shipped to a valid address (no P.O. boxes) in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.Products that need to ship outside of this area or APO/FPO addresses, must be ordered via phone. We will send you a quote via email and you can choose to accept or reject the quote.

Where will my order ship from?
All Products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Grayslake, Illinois.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS and FedEx. You have the option to choose the shipping carrier at checkout. If you need another carrier to be utilized, please DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Call us and we can make arrangements for you.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within one business day, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
